14th of September 2014 marks the day we opened our doors to the public. Savor the best of Maltese and Mediterranean cuisine at The Fork and Cork, where fresh local ingredients meet modern flavours, from fish to prime cut meats, every dish is crafted with care, paired with fine wines and served in a welcoming atmosphere. Private dining areas are available upon request for groups of eight to twenty people. We look forward to hosting you.

Our menu changes every season, ensuring a different experience every time you visit. The size of our menu at The Fork and Cork allows us to use the freshest of ingredients, with dishes being prepared on a daily basis.
Your Table Reservation
It all starts with a booking.
We plan ahead towards welcoming you. Kindly fill in the form to make your request and allow up to 12 hours for a return reply confirming availability. Confirmed bookings are subject to a €10 EUR non-refundable deposit in order for us to secure your table at The Fork and Cork.
